DELIVERY & RETURNS

TGF jewellery is lovingly handcrafted, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the production of your item(s) and additional time to post your item(s) to you. Clothing will be posted out a couple of days after ordering.

All items are sent securely via DHL / UPS, once your order has been dispatched, DHL will notify you by email and text.

UK: DHL next day (once the order is complete and dispatched). £8 delivery for orders under £250, free domestic shipping for orders over £250.

International (inc. Europe): DHL delivery, 1-3 days (once the order is complete and dispatched). Shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and pre-paid before shipping to ensure a swift, effortless delivery.

You can add additional insurance starting from £5. For insurance enquiries or any general shipping enquiries, please email harry@thegreatfroglondon.com

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Russia and there may be delays shipping to Mexico and South America. Shipments to Turkey and Portugal will require a third party customs broker which is the responsibility of the customer.

Online Orders

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 28 days of delivery.Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging.We do not offer exchanges on jewellery for online orders.

In-Store Purchases

Items bought in store are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. No refunds are offered for in-store purchases. All items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with proof of purchase.

Resize Policy

Ring resizing starts from £35 for a basic, all-silver ring with no stones. Prices increase depending on the design, complexity, materials, and amount of work required. Rings with stones, intricate detailing, or significant size adjustments may incur additional charges. A full quote will be provided once the item has been assessed by our jeweller.
