26th June, 2026
We made the pilgrimage back to the hallowed grounds of Donington and Download Festival for the second time this year, where we set up our mini TGF shop in the press area.
This marked a special year for our collaboration with the festival as we also created bespoke Apex Rings for each headliner - Limp Bizkit, Guns'n'Roses and Linkin Park - each with a different precious gemstone to honour each band.
We had an even bigger space this year and kitted out our pop-up shop with some extra special features including a custom-built Playboy motorbike and a Les Paul with Tobacco burst finish (courtesy of Gibson Guitars). We also had delicious drinks flowing thanks to our sponsor Ghost Labs.
Talk a trip to the festival with us below...
Friday at Download kicked off with a bang, with artists such as P.O.D, Cypress Hill, Halestorm, Native James and James and the Cold Gun storming across stages around the site - not forgetting the ultimate Friday night headliner, Limp Bizkit.
During the day, friend of TGF Duff McKagan opened Lemmy's Bar, where fans had opportunity to visit Lemmy's ashes and pay their respects to one of rock's most legendary characters.
Our team headed over to meet Limp Bizkit later in the day to catch up and get them show ready with some new TGF styles.
Fred and the rest of the band members were gifted one of the exclusive Apex Rings we created especially for Download headliners after their insane high-energy set.
To end the night we ran over to Cavalera Chaos AD, to witness Sepultra's landmark 1993 album Chaos A.D. in its entirety.
Saturday saw us start the day with our new favourite grunge punk rockers Die Spitz. The Austin foursome swang by our tent to feature in our 80s style photobooth and pick up some jewellery for their Download debut show, including a Roses Bracelet.
Apex Stage performers Black Veil Brides came to say hello and take a quick pic, as well as Behemoth, Ginger from the Wildhearts and members from Bush.
Guns'n'Roses took to the Apex Stage for a mammoth and impressive three hour set. Meanwhile, Architects performed on the Opus Stage, with lead singer Sam performing in the Cutler and Gross x TGF Lucky Diamond Sunglasses.
Our busiest day yet at the festival, the TGF tent was buzzing as Bad Omens, Ice Nine Kills, Bloodywood, Mammoth and Creeper swung through the tent.
Taylor Momsen from the Pretty Reckless also picked up a Spider Pendant for her Apex Stage performance.
Later in the day, our Creative Director Reino met with Linkin Park to chew the fat and give them a sneak peek on some new designs. The band were also gifted their unique headliner Apex Rings, with one for each member. Lead singer Emily also picked up a Small Eye Ring for her performance.
We then dashed over to side stage to watch the band's momentous, history-making gig as the first female-fronted band to ever headline the festival.
Until next year Download!
