If you are unsure of your ring size we recommend choosing the 'I don't know my size' option. Once your order has been placed we will send you a complimentary ring sizer. You will then receive an email with a link to form where you can let us know your size, once submitted your order will be processed. However if you select a size and it is incorrect there will be a charge of £20-£50 to resize the ring.

Materials & Care +

Although strong, silver and gold is not indestructible so please care for your beautiful new items so you can enjoy.

Silver will scratch and dull over time, to bring back its sparkle we recommend buying a polishing cloth.

For a deeper clean, do not use a liquid silver cleaners as this will remove the oxidation (the darkened elements). If your jewellery has become dirty, simply boil some water and use washing up liquid and an old toothbrush to clean it.

There can be a chemical reaction to silver from sweat, plus other external chemicals in lotions, soaps and chorine. Please remove your items before showering, exercising or swimming. Highly chlorinated pools will instantly change the silver to black, if you forget and need your items to be polished please contact us on info@thegreatfroglondon.com and we will advise you on the fee and lead time.

Shipping & Delivery +

TGF jewellery is lovingly handcrafted, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the production of your item(s) and additional time to post your item(s) to you. Clothing and ready to ship items will be posted out a couple of days after ordering.

All items are sent securely via DHL / UPS, once your order has been dispatched, DHL will notify you by email and text.

UK: DHL next day (once the order is complete and dispatched). £8 delivery for orders under £250, free domestic shipping for orders over £250.

International (inc. Europe): DHL delivery, 1-3 days (once the order is complete and dispatched). Shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and pre-paid before shipping to ensure a swift, effortless delivery.
