Jewellery is designed by Reino Lehtonen-Riley using a mix of traditional and modern design techniques. Every design starts as a sketch, which Reino then brings to life by carving it into wax. A mould is create from the wax carving and it is cast in London using the lost wax process

All items are hallmarked in the London Goldsmith Assay Office (excluding some small silver items weighing less than 7.78g or gold items weighing under 1g) 

We use recycled fine metals sterling silver, 9ct + 18ct gold or platinum and do not offer gold plating (also known as “vermeil”), with the exception of some 18ct gold plated earrings.

We only use precious stones and we have a selection of real or lab grown diamonds for our wedding collection 

Due to the handmade nature of our items, lead time may vary around 4-6 depending on how busy we are. We try and keep our best sellers stocked and available with instant shipping in the ‘Ready to Ship’ filter option 

TGF sunglasses are designed in collaboration with The Great Frog + Cutler and Gross, produced by hand in Italy

If you’re unsure of your ring size and you’re unable to visit one of our stores, please purchase a ring with the option ‘I don’t know my size’ and we will send you a complimentary ring sizer to keep. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries with measuring and we’ll be happy to assist

Please note we have sizing restrictions on different designs to avoid compromising the integrity or distorting the design on some items.

Although strong, silver and gold is not indestructible so please care for your beautiful new items so you can enjoy

Silver will scratch and dull over time, to bring back its sparkle we recommend buying a polishing cloth (link). 

For a deeper clean, do not use a liquid silver cleaners as this will remove the oxidation (the darkened elements). If your jewellery has become dirty, simply boil some water and use washing up liquid and an old toothbrush to clean it

There can be a chemical reaction to silver from sweat, plus other external chemicals in lotions, soaps and chorine. Please remove your items before showering, exercising or swimming. Highly chlorinated pools will instantly change the silver to black, if you forget and need your items to be polished please contact us on info@thegreatfroglondon.com and we will advise you on the fee and lead time

International orders are subject to customs and duty fees which are all calculated at checkout

Shipping costs vary, this is also calculated at check out 

We are unable to ship to Isreal and Russia and due to complicated import regulations with shipping to Turkey, Portugal and Ukraine we are unable to ship here either

We do not store payment card details nor do we share customer details with and third parties

Gift vouchers bought in our London stores can also be redeemed online, and vice versa. It’s not possible to use more than one gift voucher at a time online, please email george@thegreatfroglondon.com or monique@thegreatfroglondon.com if you need help using more than one voucher.

Gift vouchers bought in LA or NY can only be used in our American stores. 

All gift vouchers are valid for a year and you can check the balance of your online vouchers by clicking on the link from the email you received it on. 

We accept all major cards including American Express and payment instalments with Klarna.

We now offer engraving on selected items.

Personalised engraved rings are not eligible for a refund.

For returns on online purchases in the UK and all countries (excluding America) if you have a change of heart with your online purchase, assuming there is no sign of wear, we will happily accept returns for a refund within 28 days from receiving your items. You are responsible for for shipping costs to return back to us.

For returns on London, LA and NY store purchases, we offer an exchange or gift voucher (valid for 6 months) on items 

Please note earrings and personalised engraved items are non-refundable and clothing sale items are non-refundable
